Ask the dispensary or pharmacist a question

Use this service to ask a question about your medication. For example, when to take it and what to do if you miss a dose or about possible side effects.

The clinical pharmacist working with the practice is a trained expert in the use of medicines. They will be able to assist you with questions about your medication such as, what you should do if you miss a dose or what are the possible side effects.

Dispensers work closely with the pharmacist and doctors to dispense prescribed medication. They manage and order all stock that comes in and out of the dispensary, ensuring stock levels are maintained and turnaround of prescriptions is processed accurately and in a timely manner.

The dispensing team will be happy to answer your query and will pass onto the pharmacist if they feel that is more appropriate.

All dispensers are kept updated with current legislation and complete mandatory training throughout the year. However, they do not receive medical training and therefore are not allowed to give medical advice to patients.
